This Collaboration comes to you from our friends over at the Odd Couple Restaurant in Riversdale. Andy was dreaming up the Asian answer to sausage and perogies and came to us with his vision. Together we created one tasty sausage.
The O.C. Asian sausage is a Thai inspired sausage. It has Thai Basil, mint, galangal, lemongrass, garlic, Thai chili, sea salt, and black pepper. This sausage is good on its own on the grill, or sliced and served on pad thai. If you want to get really creative, try using this sausage with scrambled eggs in your morning breakfast burrito!
