Our team of trained experts are experienced in holistically raising and sustainably preparing chicken, beef, pork, lamb and turkey; utilizing the whole animal — nose to tail.
A family business driven by tradition.
Over 100 years ago our farm was settled by our Great Grandfather Jacob Boldt, his wife Susanna (Loepp) Boldt, and their 18 children. As fourth generation farmers and butchers we continue their legacy by offering craft meats to our community using time honoured traditions of years gone by.
We acknowledge that we are situated on Treaty Six territory and the traditional homeland of the Metis.
Quality over quantity.
Our animals are fed a biologically appropriate diet in accordance with the All Natural Protocol, and are able to enjoy the outdoors year round, weather permitting, with plenty of room to roam and exhibit their natural behaviours. All of these measures together create a low stress environment for our animals and result in a superior tasting product.

As true craftspeople, our on-site processing facility is kept relatively small so that much of the work can be done by hand, allowing us quality control over the entire process. We can tell you how every animal has been handled from start to finish.
