If you enjoy all the top end cuts of beef i.e. steaks and roasts, along with ground meat and stew meat, then this is the way for you to have the freezer stocked year round and save a few bucks on the premium cuts.
Your order will be ready 2-3 weeks from order date, depending on the queue. We’ll help you choose the cuts and packaging that suits you best. Choice cuts include: Steaks: t-bone, tenderloin, sirloin, round, minute, flank. Roasts: sirloin, round. Other: ground beef, stew meat, soup bones and liver.
Avg hanging weight, 84kg (185lb). You pay on hanging weight of the hind quarter. When we cut and wrap your meat as per your specifications, about 30% of the hanging weight is lost to bones, trim and waste i.e. your net meat weight is approximately 70% of hanging weight, depending on the animal.
