This is our Prairie version of Southern style BBQ. Fully cooked, pulled beef brisket that has been brined and smoked for 12 hours to perfection. Heat and serve with your favourite BBQ sauce on a bun. Add coleslaw and beans and you’ve got dinner!

  • Average Package size is 500g (1lb)
  • All beef is dry aged 14 – 21 days prior to cutting and wrapping to intensify the flavour and increase tenderness
