Roasted Tomato Spaghetti

1 package Pine View Farms Ground Beef
4 cups Tomatoes (chopped)
1 whole Leek (cut in rounds)
3 garlic cloves
Oil of choice
- Preheat oven to 375F
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, add roughly chopped tomatoes, leek rounds, and minced garlic. Drizzle with oil of choice and season with salt and pepper. Roast in oven for 15-20 min.
- While tomatoes are roasting, add meat to a large pan on the stove top. Brown the meat and cook till well done.
- Cook spaghetti following directions following cooking instructions on box.
- Once meat is cooked, drainany excess oil and set aside. Toss noodles with meat and add roasted tomatoes, garlic and leek. Top with fresh dill (or herb of choice) and enjoy!
