1 package Pine View Farms ground pork

1 package spring roll wrappers (25 large or 50 small)

2 carrots (shredded)

1 cup shredded cabbage

8 mushrooms (diced)

1/3 cup Oyster sauce

1 cup cooked Rice noodles

3 Green onions

1 cup Bean sprouts

3-4 cloves garlic

1 tbsp zested ginger

Salt & Pepper

1 egg

Sesame oil (for brushing)

Sweet sesame sauce:

  1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup soy or coconut aminos

1 tsp sesame oil

2 garlic cloves (grated)

1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)

(Optional 1 tbsp sriracha)

  1. In a large pan on medium heat add ground pork, diced garlic, and sauté. Once pork is brown add ginger, thinly shredded cabbage, shredded carrots and oyster sauce. Continue to sauté for about 10 minutes. Chop up rice noodles and mix into meat along with bean sprouts.
  2. Preheat oven to 400F.  Allow wrappers to thaw. One at a time, lay the wrapper down in the shape of a diamond and brush the edges of the wrapper with beaten egg. Add 2-3 tbsp of the filling horizontally across the bottom half of the sheet (or 1 tbsp if using small wrappers) , lift the corner of the bottom half, start to roll, tuck in the corners and continue to roll. Then, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment and brush with oil. Continue until all mixture is used up!
  3. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes, flip and cook for another 8 minutes or until desired crispness.  Enjoy with dipping sauce! For the dipping sauce: Add ingredients (except honey)  into a small sauce pot and simmer for 5-10 minutes, then stir in honey and remove from heat.
