Pork & Beef Chili

Makes: 1 large pot

1 package Pine View Farms Ground Beef

1 package Pine View Farms Ground Pork

1 large onion

4 garlic cloves

4 cups Floating Gardens chopped tomatoes

2 cups chopped mushrooms

4 cans beans of choice (kidney, chickpeas, lentils, brown beans, black beans etc)

1 can corn (optional)

1 can tomato paste

4 cups chopped kale (rinsed and stem taken out)

1 tbsp Maple

1- 2 tbsp Chili Powder

1 tbsp Smoked Paprika

2 cups Pine View Farms Beef Bone Broth

Himalayan salt Black Pepper


  1. Place a large pot on medium heat on the stove, add diced onion, garlic and ground meat.
  2. Once meat is browned either add to slow cooker with remaining ingredients (except kale), turn to low and allow to cook for 4-6 hours adding kale in the last 15 min 
  3. OR… Add remaining ingredients (except kale) and cover. Allow to simmer for minimum 20 min or allow to simmer until ready to enjoy. 
  4. In the last 10-15 min add in kale. Serve with bun, on rice, with noodles or all on its own! Top with sauerkraut or fresh herbs. Enjoy!
