
Mustard & Paprika Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
1 package Pine View Farms Pork Tenderloin
2 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Dried Rosemary
1 tsp Parsley
2 tsp Smoked paprika
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp Black pepper 1
tsp Himalayan Salt
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300F. Mix 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder and 1/2 tsp salt, together with oil and massage into pork tenderloin.
- Sear on bbq or in a cast iron pan until each side is browned. Combine remaining spices with mustard and brown sugar. Rub paste on tenderloin and wrap in tin foil. Bake in oven covered for 1 hour at 300F, open and cook for a remaining 45 minutes to 1 hour (until internal temperature reaches 145-160F). Enjoy with Lemon Dill roasted Potatoes!
