Meatball Marinara Appetizer
Ready in under an hour
Makes 30-50 meatballs
1 package Pine View Farms ground beef
1 package Pine View Farms ground pork
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Salt and Pepper
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- In a large bowl, add ground meat and Italian spices and season generously with salt. Roll into Meatballs (about one tablespoon of meat per ball) then add to baking sheet lined with parchment. Optional: in an oven safe dish, brown meatballs on each side before placing in oven. Or Place baking sheet in oven and bake for 15 min, turn meatballs and bake for a remaining 15 min Remove from the oven.
- Once cool enough to handle, add to skewer with a cherry tomato and bake for a remaining 5min Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil. Enjoy!
