Marinated Korean Beef Ribs

Ready in 30 minutes (not counting marinating time)

2 packages Pine View Farms Korean Beef Short Ribs

For the marinade:

1/2 cup Water 

3/4 Cup Soy Sauce

2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup brown sugar (or maple syrup)

1/2 Tbsp black pepper

2 Tbsp Sesame Oil

1/4 cup minced garlic

1/2 large onion minced

Sprinkle of kosher salt on each layer


  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl. Place beef ribs layer by layer, sprinkling salt between each layer into a deep dish baking pan. Pour marinade over the ribs, ensuring every layer is covered. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or up to overnight, turning ribs occasionally to ensure even marination.
  2. Preheat grill to 400F. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side so the ribs are crispy but not burnt.  Serve with Rice and sauteed vegetables or other sides of choice. This is definitely a finger food meal!
