Honey Sesame Drumsticks
Ready in 40-45 minutes
Makes 8 drumsticks

2 packages (8 total pieces) Pine View Farms Chicken Drumsticks
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2- 1 tsp salt
2/3 cup honey
1/3 cup soy
2 tsp tapioca starch (dissolved in 2 tsp water)
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Pat drumsticks dry with a piece of paper towel In a large bowl, add drumsticks, Drizzle with 1 tbsp sesame oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake for 15 minutes, flip, cook for another 15 minutes, (until skin is crispy).
- In a small pot, add sauce ingredients and bring to a boil stirring vigorously for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Once the chicken skin is crispy or browned, cover in 1/2 the sauce, and bake for another 5 minutes. Remove from the oven, pour remaining sauce over drumsticks and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
