Easy Fish Curry

1 lb cherry tomatoes
1 fillet of Pine View Farms Northern Pike
1 tbsp jarred korma curry paste
1 - 14 oz. can coconut milk
1 tbsp lime pickle (optional)
- Halve the tomatoes and put them in a skillet with a little olive oil. Let them blister.
- Cube the fish into bite size chunks and stew in the pan with the curry and coconut milk.
- Simmer 6 minutes. Serve.
