1 lb cherry tomatoes

1 fillet of Pine View Farms Northern Pike

1 tbsp jarred korma curry paste

1 - 14 oz. can coconut milk

1 tbsp lime pickle (optional)


  1. Halve the tomatoes and put them in a skillet with a little olive oil. Let them blister.
  2. Cube the fish into bite size chunks and stew in the pan with the curry and coconut milk.
  3. Simmer 6 minutes. Serve.
