Cherry Balsamic Beef Balls

Ready in 45 minutes

Makes 25-30 meatballs

Ingredients

1 cup balsamic vinegar

1 cup cherries

1 package Pine View Farms ground beef

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

6 Medjool dates (pitted)

2 eggs

1/3 cup oats

Himalayan salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. In a small pot add balsamic and pitted cherries, bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Allow to simmer while the meatballs are baking. Sauce should reduce to about 1/2 cup.
  2. In a large bowl add ground beef, spices, diced dates, eggs and oats. Mix till combine and roll into balls. Bake meatballs for 20 minutes, flip and bake for another 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and toss with balsamic cherry glaze. Enjoy as an appetizer or with your favourite sides!
