Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375F. In a large pan heat oil to medium heat, sear each side of pork loin. Then rub the top of the roast with sugar and transfer to oven for another 30 minutes to an hour. Once pork loin has reached your desired temperature (minimum 160F for pork), remove from the oven and allow to rest for 10 min before slicin
