Brown Butter Pasta w/ Pork Chorizo Verde Sausage

1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half or sliced
1-2 cups corn
cotija cheese or feta cheese to crumble on top
Stuffed ravioli from the grocery store
- Make your brown butter sauce by heating up 1/4 cup of butter along with the corn and cherry tomatoes in a saucepan on medium heat (or more depending how many ppl your feeding). When you see brown flecks and smell a nutty aroma your butter is almost done.You just want to heat the tomatoes up enough to bring out the sweetness.
- Iin a separate pan cook the sausage until cooked through.
- In the meantime, cook your pasta to the directions specified on packaged and combine all ingredients together. Top with cotija cheese (or other salty cheese of preference) and ENJOY!
