Brown Butter Pasta w/ Pork Chorizo Verde Sausage

1 pack Pine View Farms Chorizo Verde Sausage

1/4 c. Butter

1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half or sliced

1-2 cups corn

cotija cheese or feta cheese to crumble on top

Stuffed ravioli from the grocery store


  1. Make  your brown butter sauce by heating up 1/4 cup of butter along with the corn and cherry tomatoes in a saucepan on medium heat (or more depending how many ppl your feeding). When you see brown flecks and smell a nutty aroma your butter is almost done.You just want to heat the tomatoes up enough to bring out the sweetness.
  2. Iin a separate pan cook the sausage until cooked through.
  3. In the meantime, cook your pasta to the directions specified on packaged and combine all ingredients together. Top with cotija cheese (or other salty cheese of preference) and ENJOY!
