Our Great Grandfather settled on this yard in 1901 with his wife and 18 children and the Boldts have been farming in this area ever since.
Although we didn’t follow the tradition of having 18 kids, we have continued the tradition of growing food for ourselves and the community.
Many things have changed in the last 100+ years, but one thing has not. That is, no matter who you are or where you are in life, you deserve the simple pleasure of eating good food, grown well.
On our farm, we’re mixing modern day tastes with our traditional practices by:
- Preserving the art of farming and and craft meats.
- Working with local Partner Producers.
- Utilizing sustainable farm practices.
- Using the whole animal --- nose to tail.
We make meat you can feel good about feeding your family --- raised right, close to home and full of flavour.
