A side of pork is great value if you enjoy all cuts of meat from chops to ribs to ground pork. Having a selection of meats on hand in your freezer is so convenient.
Approximately 90 to 100 lbs hanging weight. You pay on hanging weight of the side of pork. When we cut and wrap your meat as per your specifications, about 25% of the hanging weight is lost to bones, trim and waste i.e. your net meat weight is approximately 75% of hanging weight, depending on the animal.
Choice cuts include: chops, roasts, ribs, ground pork, stew pork, soup bones. We’ll make bacon for you as well for a modest smokehouse fee. Sorry, hams are not available at this time.
