Due to an avian influenza outbreak in late October, our Christmas turkeys had to be euthanized early.
We have sourced fresh turkeys from another supplier (like we did in 2022 under the same circumstances). Although not our own flock, these birds will be LOCALLY raised and FRESHLY processed for the holidays.
Our turkeys will average 15-17 lb. in size. Because they are all the same age and from the same flock, they will be fairly uniform in size.
Price is $5.95/lb. or $13.09/kg.
As of Friday, December 22, 2023, PICK UP at the farm is the only option available for a fresh turkey before Christmas.
