
Slow Cooker Smoky Balsamic Pork Loin
Ready in 4-5 hours

Ingredients
1 Pine View Farms Pork loin roast
1/4 cup balsamic reduction
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
¼ cup liquid of choice (bone broth, apple juice, orange juice or water)
Salt
Pepper
Directions
- In a slow cooker, add pork loin and massage with spices, add liquids and cook on low for 4-5 hours (until pills apart easily) Enjoy! Sliced, shredded, with a Smokey BBQ sauce or in Smoky Pork Loin Stew!
