Sesame Soy Short Ribs

Serves 4-6 people

2 packages Pine View Farms' beef Korean short ribs

1/4 cup soy sauce

1-3 tbsp honey

2 tbsp sesame oil

1 tsp fresh grated ginger

2 cloves grated garlic

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp tapioca starch

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Himalayan salt


  1. In a small pot add soy, sesame oil, grated ginger, grated garlic, and rice vinegar. When it begins to boil reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in honey. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, slice ribs into individual portions. Toss with tapioca starch, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. Heat a large pan and add in ribs one at a time, browning each side. Remove and set on plate until all ribs are browned.
  3. Once all ribs are done, add browned ribs and sauce back into large pan and allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and enjoy with rice, roasted bok choy, or enjoy as an appetizer! Optional: top with fresh basil and sesame seeds.
