1 medium sweet potato 

1 package Pine View Farms Pork Breakfast Sausage or Beef Sausage

24 Mushrooms

3-4 Garlic Cloves

1-2 tbsp ghee

Sprinkle with "everything spice" (see method below for recipe)

Fresh Parsley for garnish


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.  Remove mushroom stems and place mushroom tops on a pan lined with parchment paper.
  2.  On stovetop, in a large pan heat oil to medium, add in diced garlic cloves, sauté till browned Then add in small diced sweet potatoes, mushroom stems and chopped sausage. Sauté until sweet potatoes are tender (about 10-15 minutes).
  3. Add all contents to a blender and process until desired consistency Fill mushroom tops with sausage and sweet potato mixture then place in oven for 15-20 minutes.  Remove from oven and sprinkle with everything spice and fresh parsley.

Everything Spice Recipe:

1 tbsp dehydrated Garlic

1 tbsp Onion Powder (or flakes)

1 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds

1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

1 tbsp Poppy Seeds

1 tbsp Himalayan Salt

Method: Mix together and store in air tight container.
