Penne & Meatballs

1 package Pine View Farms Beef Meatballs
1 package Hearth Penne Noodles (or other dried or fresh pasta)
2 cups fresh Greens and Herbs * (We like to use heartier greens like Kale, Chard, Bok Choy etc.)
- In a large sauté pan and sear meatballs on medium heat on the stove.
- Once browned, add chopped tomatoes and allow to simmer for 10 min
- Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to boil. Season with salt and add penne. Allow to boil for 5-8 min (depending on desired doneness)
- Once noodles are done, drain water and toss in a pan with the meatballs. Add fresh herbs and greens. Combine and allow to simmer for 1-2 more minutes. Enjoy!
