½ cup coconut oil or butter of choice

½ cup warm Milk of choice (I like Oat Milk!)

½ cup warm Filtered Water

1-2 tsp Himalayan Salt

4 cups Organic or Local Unbleached Flour

⅓ cup Cane Sugar

2 Eggs

2 tbsp instant yeast (1 tsp active yeast = ¾ tsp instant)


  1. Add all ingredients to bread maker, Use dough feature. 
  2. Dough rises for 1 ½ hours, make buns depending on desired size, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment and cover for 40min-1 hour (until doubled in size) 
  3. Brush with oil 
  4. Bake at 350 for 12-15min


  • Place the buns in a slightly warm oven to rise.
