Lemon Dill Chicken Supreme (or chicken legs)

4 Pine View Farms chicken breast supremes  or chicken legs

1 lemon

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp Himalayan Salt

Black pepper

Fresh Dill

1 tbsp Ghee or butter


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. In a cast iron pan heat oil to medium high, season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear each side of the chicken in the pan until golden. Slice lemons and place on top of chicken before adding into the oven Bake in the oven for 45 minutes, remove and add 1 tsp honey to each chicken leg. Add back into the oven for 5-10 minutes. Remove and top with fresh dill.
