2-4 fillets of Pine View Farms whitefish

1 tbsp Garlic powder

1 tbsp Onion powder

1 tbsp Smoked paprika

1 tbsp honey

1-2 Limes

4-8 tortillas




Cherry tomatoes

1-2 tbsp Ghee

Avocado Crema:

1 avocado

1/4 cup water

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tbsp avocado oil

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp honey (optional)

1/4 cup cilantro

Himalayan salt Black Pepper


  1. Pat fish dry and rub with garlic, onion, paprika and salt. In a large pan heat ghee to medium, add fish and sear each side for 5-7 minutes (or until desired doneness). Once fish is done cooking add in honey, as honey melts, spoon on top of fillets. Remove from heat.
  2. For the Crema, add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and combine until smooth. [Optional: gently warm tortillas in oven for a couple minutes.]
  3. Add greens, fish, diced tomatoes, sauerkraut, Crema and top with herbs. Serve with a wedge of lime. Squeeze and Enjoy!
