Beet Stew

Ingredients
2 litres Pine View Farms beef bone broth
1 package Pine View Farms Ground Beef
2 cups chickpeas (cooked or canned)
3 cups Beets (4-6 beets of your choice)
1 large Sweet potato
1 cup Red lentils
2 cups diced Carrots (4-6 medium carrots)
1 Onion
4-6 Garlic Cloves
2 cups diced Tomatoes (extra for topping)
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Garlic powder
Cultured yogurt or Sour cream (optional for topping)
Directions
- Dice Onion and Garlic, add to a large soup pot with a splash of o.
- Once onion and garlic are browned add in diced veggies (beets, carrots, sweet potatoes) and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add in ground beef and spices. Cook till browned
- Add remaining ingredients and allow to simmer until desired doneness. Enjoy with fresh herbs, fresh tomatoes, and cultured yogurt or sour cream!
