BBQ Beef Kimchi Pizza

1 package Pine View Farms beef brisket BBQ (4 cups pulled meat)

1 cup tomato paste

2 tbsp honey

⅓ cup soya sauce

2 tbsp sesame oil

Cherry tomatoes

4-6 Eggs

Grated Havarti Cheese (or cheese of your choice)

Fresh herbs (basil, parsley or cilantro)

Sesame seeds 4-6 flat breads (or naans)




  1. In a large pan heat sesame oil to medium, once hot add in beef brisket, tomato paste, honey, and soya sauce. Allow to simmer until well combined.
  2. Preheat oven to 400F. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, set individual (or 1-2 large) flatbreads down. Add meat and cover each flatbread leaving a little room at the edges. Top with diced tomatoes, and cheese. Bake in the oven for 15-2 0minutes. Remove from the oven and top with a sunny side up egg, fresh kimchi, herbs, sesame seeds and sliced avocado.
