
BBQ Beef Kimchi Pizza

Ingredients
1 package Pine View Farms beef brisket BBQ (4 cups pulled meat)
1 cup tomato paste
2 tbsp honey
â…“ cup soya sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
Cherry tomatoes
4-6 Eggs
Grated Havarti Cheese (or cheese of your choice)
Fresh herbs (basil, parsley or cilantro)
Sesame seeds 4-6 flat breads (or naans)
Avocado
Kimchi
Directions
- In a large pan heat sesame oil to medium, once hot add in beef brisket, tomato paste, honey, and soya sauce. Allow to simmer until well combined.
- Preheat oven to 400F. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, set individual (or 1-2 large) flatbreads down. Add meat and cover each flatbread leaving a little room at the edges. Top with diced tomatoes, and cheese. Bake in the oven for 15-2 0minutes. Remove from the oven and top with a sunny side up egg, fresh kimchi, herbs, sesame seeds and sliced avocado.
