Asian Slaw Pork Burgers

Ingredients
1 package Pine View Farms spicy pork burgers
4 buns
Mayonnaise
1 avocado (optional)
Pickles
Hot sauce (optional)
Asian slaw:
1/2 green cabbage shredded
2 carrots shredded
1/4 cup Green onion
1 Apple shredded
1/4 cup Radishes
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
1 tbsp Sesame seed oil
1 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tsp-1 tbsp grated ginger
1 Lime
1 tsp rice vinegar
Fresh cilantro, parsley or basil
Directions
- Massage shredded cabbage with 1 tbsp sesame oil, lime juice, 1 tsp rice vinegar and 2 tsp soy sauce until cabbage is tender
- Add in shredded apple, shredded carrots, shredded radish, ginger, green onion, sesame seeds and fresh herbs of your choice. Mix till combined.
- BBQ Pork burgers at 375 for 5-6 minutes per side. Remove from heat.
- Toast buns in the oven for a couple minutes. Add a few slices of avocado (optional), mayonnaise, a generous scoop of Asian slaw, a couple slices of pickles, and a drizzle of hot sauce for some added heat. Add barbecued pork burger and enjoy!
