Apple & Sage Pork Patties

Ingredients
1 package Pine View Farms ground pork
1 Apple (shredded)
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried or dried sage
1 cup oats
1 egg
1 tsp Himalayan salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine all the ingredients together and form into palm sized patties. Place Patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Enjoy on toast with a poached egg, bacon crumble and balsamic honey drizzle
- Perfect Poached Eggs: Bring a pot of water to boil and add in about 1 tsp white vinegar and a sprinkle of sea salt. Once water is boil crack egg into water Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 5-7 minutes (depending on desired doneness), then remove and allow to rest for a couple minutes before placing on top of toast and patty.
- Balsamic Honey: In a small pot heat 1 part balsamic vinegar to 1 part honey. Heat on medium and allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and enjoy!
