Best Ever Barbecued Ribs
|Summer wouldn't be complete without a barbecue rib feast, right? I know, I know, ribs take work.
But not this recipe I'm about to share! It just takes 20 minutes of prep! You'll find the recipe on our website.
I used our St. Louis pork side ribs for this recipe. They're well priced, meaty and will feed hungry appetites.
Precook the ribs up to three days ahead and keep them in the fridge until party day.
Then when the gang arrives, simply pour yourself a beverage, reheat the ribs on the grill and slather them in barbecue sauce.
We served the ribs with fresh garden beans, potatoes and butter, watermelon slices, and ice cream for dessert.
If we were a little less lazy and a lot more organized, other great side dishes would be coleslaw, mac 'n cheese or corn bread.
Happy grilling and playing outside this summer!
